Pond and fish health is a complex and sometimes baffling subject, causing confusion with contradicting advice. With the right understanding, thorough investigation, most problems can be diagnosed and resolved on our visit. Finding the underlying issue is key, treating if the issue is not diagnosed, second guessing does more harm than good, may not eradicate or resolve the problem which causes unnecessary stress to the fish, aggravating the situation and inhibits the use of the correct treatment, not to mention a waste of your money.
On all visits in depth water parameters will be tested, fish examination, mucus samples taken and analysed under the microscope with a filtration review. Once completed the diagnostics, we will advise on a full treatment plan. Working with fish laboratories is a crucial element of our services for more of a complex nature that require pathology.
